Last Christmas ING Wholesale Banking Human Resources (HR) started a sponsor action for the Irmakunda school. Employees of the Humans resource department (50 total) thought about ways to raise money for the school.
Other colleagues could sunscribe for an activity or buy something from the colleagues that came up with ideas.
One employee made paintings and sold them. Another organised boat trips. There were about 20 different activities. So beside raising money for a good cause it enhanced the team spirit.
What could the Irmakundaschool do with the money raised?
1 pay salaries of the teachers
2 build real toilets for the school
3 start the food project again (every child of the school gets a warm meal a day)
